painting of the furniture
The application of water-based paints allows us to reduce the emission of solvents into the atmosphere and make the working environment healthy.
The dye is applied with a spray gun and then dried with a cotton cloth.
The color of the water-based paints, penetrating into the wood, enhances the characteristics of the veins, highlighting the essence used in the furniture, thus avoiding the covering effect.
Expert hands will then perform corrections with shades to even out the furniture so that the result determines the desired color and a pleasant appearance.
“Morcia” application: antiquing with natural pigments
The processes involving the use of water patinas are carried out by expert people, who with their experience and skills are able to give a unique look to the piece of furniture.
The end of the patination left in the corners and the small incisions of the frames consists in giving three-dimensionality to the piece of furniture.
Transparent Paint application on the furniture after pigments removal
The application of transparent varnish is performed at each stage in order to fix what has been done previously.
- The paint is fixed in the first phase.
- In the second phase the varnish is applied after the first sanding, helping to soften the surface of the piece of furniture.
- In the third step it is applied after the second sanding.
By increasing the applied transparent paint layer, a complete appearance of the piece of furniture is provided.
Polishing and shades before finishing
Before finishing, the furniture is subjected to a check to see if it needs an intervention to uniform some details that maybe in the various stages of processing has been accentuated.
In the antique finish the operator manually performs, with the help of a spraygun, a nuance effect, to give a lived-in look to the piece of furniture.
When the piece of furniture is ready, the operator will fix the paint with the finishing paint.
Laquering of the Furniture
To make the lacquer, we use a cycle based on 50% catalyzed polyurethane primers with pumps equipped with catalysis control for an optimal paint mixture.
Our lacquered furniture is treated with several base coats with intermediate sanding steps; moreover, the lacquer is applied with an AirMix gun which garantuee an excellent quality in the diffusion of the product, ensuring an excellent finish.
We are able to realize the full range of colors, both RALK5 and NCS-1950 color charts, with the possibility of reproducing a sample with the color requested from the Client.

water-based paint application on furniture
We have chosen to use water-based varnish to create added value, infact who decide to buy products sprayed with water-based paint has a greater awareness and respect for the environment, preserving the wholesomeness in the places where he lives every day.
The water paint we use is from a primary company, is catalysed at 10% to provide better chemical-physical properties.
To guarantee correct catalysis, we use pumps equipped with an electronic system with an advanced display module, to obtain an optimal paint mix.
For the application of the product we use an AirMix spraygun, an ideal tool for its high transfer efficiency, that guarantees unparalleled finishing quality.
Below are some results of the tests carried out on the products we use for our customers:
